Frequently asked questions.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we provide worldwide shipping.

How much is the shipping?

You can see all our shipping options and rates in the checkout.

How come the ship cost differs so much in price?

It depends on what size of art work you choose to buy, and where about in the world you live. Example a painting that is 150 x 150 cm vs a painting that is 90 x 150 cm gets a different ship cost because of the bulk size. Your location also pays a role in ship cost due to the different contract we have with our deliverance company.

Can I track my order?

Yes you will receive a track code in your order information email. If you haven't received any email with shipping information please contact us on; ericawallstrom@hotmail.com

Do you offer returns of products and how do I make a return of a product?

For changes or returns please read the return policies here.

How long is the delivery time?

All orders are printed and made within one week of your initial order. This due to that the product is made to order, and a custom made frame is constructed (if you choose so) for the canvas. For paper prints and posters the handling process is normally shorter.
For worldwide delivery time is varying from country to country and also due to different countries custom clearance, as well as size of your art work.

Order cancelation?

You can cancel an order but contact us as soon as possible. If the order is already shipped you have to pay for the ship cost back.

When will I get my refund?

The refund of a valid return will be issued within 7 days from receiving the order. Please note that we don’t refund any shipping fees. Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when you placed your order. Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.
