Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, this means you have 30 days after
receiving your item to request a return. For this to apply the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, in its original packaging. You also need to show the receipt or proof of

Once he product is received and checked for use or damages (and there is non) you will receive a full refund for the product - minus the delivery charge. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment
method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Make sure you inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Have you received a damaged product?

Send a photo of:

- Clear photo of the the damage, both close up images and of the entire product.

- Clear photo of the package label, text/barcode must be legible (this in order for us to make complaint to the shipping company)

- Clear photo of packaging inside, how the product is packed, the material of use.

- Clear photo of the outside of the package, close-ups and on the entire package. Note: There is not necessarily visible damage to the package even if there is transport damage.

Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example custom products (special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item or order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item for the fastest process.

Please note, that the price for the return postage can be higher than
the price that you paid to have the product shipped to you. That's
because our shipping price is often higher than the one you actually
paid.
